Creative direction with a pulse. Design with a point of view.

I’m Adam McCabe, a multidisciplinary designer and creative leader with nearly two decades of experience crafting visual work that connects—whether that’s through branding, live events, motion graphics, or editorial design. My path into design wasn’t traditional, but it was inevitable. I started out performing in local theater productions—until someone needed a poster. From there, I became the designer. And then the city started watching.

What began as a scrappy blend of theater and design in Orlando evolved into a full-fledged creative career. I became one of the youngest creative directors ever hired by a published magazine when Orlando Weekly brought me on to lead their visual identity. That early momentum launched a career defined by versatility, concept-driven work, and big-picture storytelling.

Since then, I’ve led and produced design for national nonprofits, city-wide events, televised entertainment brands, health initiatives, and world-class expos. I’ve worked with organizations like All Elite Wrestling (AEW), The Florida Department of Health, Wounded Warrior Project, Come Out With Pride, and Orlando Fringe, and I’ve created immersive visual work for everything from haunted attractions to theme park trade expos—most notably the general session for IAAPA Expo, the international theme park and attractions conference.

My core skill sets include:
  • Brand Systems & Identity Design
  • Live Event & Experiential Creative
  • Layout & Publication Design
  • Motion Graphics & Video Art Direction
  • Campaign Concepting & Copy

At every stage of my career, I’ve been drawn to the intersection of emotion and design—the kind of work that grabs people and keeps them. Whether it’s a screen, a stage, or a street poster, I believe strong design should stop time, even for a second.

I’m currently open to full-time creative leadership roles where bold ideas, strategic design, and cultural impact are the priority.
